Elliot was extremely responsive and prompt, and although he was out of the country for a spell while we were in, made sure we had someone we could reach in case we had any more questions. My friends and I got to Elliott's place slightly ahead of schedule, but we were still welcomed in with a smile! The house was gorgeous, and it was extremely nice get away from all the craziness of downtown every night. We had a great time there!
We brought a group of 7 for our first trip to Austin. Elliott was a great host. He responded to emails incredibly quickly. It was easy to set up our visit, find and get into the house. The house itself was beautiful. We spent some quality evenings on the awesome back patio hanging out. They provided a comfy air mattress and sheets to accommodate our large group. We were on a sweet, quiet neighborhood street, but within walking distance to some cute stores and restaurants and also within a 15 minute drive to literally everything we did on our trip. Our first trip to Austin was a great one, I'd recommend him as a host!
Very pleasant and responsive host. Wonderful location.
Austin for SXSW was incredible and this was a FANTASTIC place to stay. The place was immaculate, pretty close to downtown and super fun. In addition, Elliott was an incredible host. Communicative, flexible and just awesome. Stay here.
Really enjoyed having these handsome gentlemen stay at our place. Everything left extremely clean and tidy - perfect guests! We highly rec them to any host.
I cannot speak highly enough for Elliott. He is a great guy, hard working, and smart (not to mention personable and fun).
Elliot is kind, fun and friendly. I'm sure he'd make a great host and either help you to find all the information you need around Austin or stay out of your way and let you do your own thing. Definitely recommended!
I work with Elliott as an attorney and on the board of a local non-profit. Elliott is a fun, friendly guy, and would make a great host for anyone wanting to enjoy their time in Austin.
I have known Elliott since he was in high school. He was best friends with my boss's daughter and would come into the office to make extra spending money helping us with filing. It wasn't a fun job but he took it seriously. We have reconnected now that we are both living in Austin. Elliott is a very well grounded and dedicated man. He is always professional and I would highly recommend his home to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Austin. He is in a great location that is near to some many different activities to do here in Austin.
Elliott and I have been friends for a while now. His (and Jess's) new house is in the desirable 78704 zip code. For all you non-Austinites, that means it is close to downtown, SXSW festivities and events, Barton Springs, and South Congress shopping district. I always recommend that people stay in this area when they visit town if they want a good feel for the city. Also, Elliott and Jess are consummate professionals, so you should expect the house to be immaculate and your rental to proceed smoothly.
Elliott and I are actually roommates, so his house is my house too! Elliott and I met in law school and have been friends ever since. We bought our home together a few months ago and now would like to share it with all of you.
Our townhouse is a newly painted and furnished two bedroom space with a lovely outdoor patio. The very best part of our home is the location--two miles from downtown Austin and located in the heart of the recently booming South Lamar area. If downtown isn't your thing, we're also incredibly close to Zilker Park, Barton Springs, and an entrance to the Green Belt hiking trails. If you've never been to Austin before, now is the time to visit!
