My girlfriend and I stayed in Jimmy's family room for three nights and absolutely loved it! The location is amazing. It's about a 5 minute walk (or less) to Mong Kok station and is near a lot of tasty restaurants. The room was perfect for two people but may be a bit small for a group of three. The room was also very clean and neat! Jimmy was also very helpful and easy to reach when we had questions or problems. Overall we had a great stay and would come back again.
Very cozy and clean! Nice location for shopping and eating, only 5min away to MRT station. Little tiny for 2 ppl but you will be satisfied if you are looking for a place for rest only.
The room quite small but clean and acceptable
A nice compact space in a really good location. MTR stations are really close by, and the streets are really vibrant. Value for money compared to other places in a similar location.
Great location! There is also a direct bus from the airport and back which stops not too far away from this place. Location is between two MRT stations and it took me only max 7 mins on foot to get there. It's central and has great connections with public transportations to everywhere.
Hot water didn't work all the time. There were some issues when i arrived late as well...
The room is small but it worked out for me. They also provide a water dispenser in the hallway, towels and a water boiler are inside the room which was very convenient. The stuff were friendly and helpful.
The location is good, the place is both safe and clean. Good for one person needing a central no frills location. The room is much smaller than the picture feels. The bathroom is comparable to that of a boat wherein the John itself is literally in the shower. If you can live with small you'll have no problems here.
This is my repeated stay at the same place which I find it to be very conveniently located and surrounded with plenty of good food, The room is clean as published and equipped with basic necessities. Strongly recommended to those who is looking for a decent place.
I stayed in this flat for 3 weeks and it was great for me. Location - perfect. Close to lots of activity in Mong Kok and close to the MTR. A little bit of street noise but not too bad. Almost zero noise fromn neighbours. I had to buy what I think are fairly basic things (e.g. a mug for a cup of coffee, a bowl for breakfast cereal, cutlery - there was only a pack of miniature plastic cutlery). Not a problem for me as I'm staying on for another 5 months in HK and will continue to use these things. And not a problem if you plan on eating every meal out. The "doorman" downstairs was very kind and sweet, and appreciated my novice Cantonese. The instructions for the apartment itself could have been clearer. Entry is on the Western side of the building, about 10m (or 30 ft) from the main road (and address road). The flat is not numbered so you have to rely on the fact that 19A is likely to be next to 19B. The flat was superficially clean - I did a big clean one Saturday morning (including scrubbing various stains off the floors and walls). I did not meet Jimmy or any of his staff. Though when I needed more toilet paper they immediately responded. I would stay there again - but I would probably not stay there if I was there with anyone else as the bed would be too small (I am tall).
Nice clean place, easy to find once some research has been done. Near to Ladies Market , Malls and lots of delicious local food around the area. Near to Mongkok MTR. Room is smaller than what I imagined , but I don't mind for short stay. I has all the basic stuff like tooth brush, hair dryer, towel, shampoo, hair dryer , tv , hot/cold water despenser and heater.
