Kyri and Erick Sierra
Erick and I met in New York City and are now happy to call the Second City our home. We love eating out on Randolph St., exploring design shops in River North, and sharing a cup of coffee in the lounge of the Public Hotel. I am originally from a hippy town in Oregon and therefore, I'm very easy going. Spending four years in Manhattan created an urbanite out of me so forever in the city I'll be. I teach elementary school and I love to practice Bikram yoga and paint pottery in my spare time. Erick and I attend Christ the Savior Orthodox Church and I am very active in the Sunday School program as well as our women's group. Since my years of living in New Orleans I have been a lover of music and modern art.
A professor of English at an American university, I enjoy good cinema, Muay Thai kickboxing, yoga, innovative restaurants, and rich conversations with close friends. Hailing from Brooklyn, NY, I still have a place in my heart for old-school hip-hop, and I jump at the chance to speak Spanish. During the summers, the world in all its dazzlement calls me forth....
