Daniel was very accommodating for my schedule, ready to meet me at the time I got in. He took the time to walk me through the various things I needed to know about the place. He was generally a friendly, welcoming presence - he made me feel like the apartment truly was my home away from home for the duration of my stay. The apartment is in a great location, though it is on a busy street so there is some of the standard street noise one would expect in Brooklyn. All in all, this was a fantastic value.
Daniel hosted me and my wife while he was out of town for the holidays - and I'm super glad that we connected. Daniel was an ever gracious host, who thought about all the things to make us feel at home. He was proactive, always responsive, and easily reached for any questions.
The apartment itself is absolutely gorgeous. Beautiful studio with plenty of light in a great neighborhood - subway connections to get to the rest of NYC were plentiful, the park is a block away, and there are a lot of fantastic bars and restaurants nearby. We chose to cook as well and there are a couple of great supermarkets nearby.
Overall - a great experience and would definitely stay in Daniel's apartment the next time I'm in town.
Dan was quiet and easy to have in the house especially as we had opposite schedules. He would be welcome to come again.
