We enjoyed meeting new people on a whirlwind tour of New England in the summer of '13. Thought we'd host some world travelers ourselves!

Perfect for what we needed, a place reasonably close to the beach to crash with minimal interaction from the hosts. Stacy was friendly, helpful and very laid back!
We had a great stay. The room is just what our family needed, a place close to the beach and a private room. Stacey and Allan were very accommodating and would stay there again.
We had a wedding to go to in Pensacola Beach and had the pleasure of staying at Stacey's beautiful home. Although we didn't hang out at their house often we were welcomed and given plenty of advice on where to eat. We loved the privacy of having our own little space, and the bed was nice and comfy. If ever in Pensacola again we would definitely try to stay there again.
We had an excellent stay in Stacy's private pool house.
The room and bathroom are independent from the rest of the house. It is comfortable and clean and you also have your own fridge.
Stacy, Allan and Caroline are all very kind and nice with people.
They gave to us a lot of information about what to do, where to eat in Pensacola, Gulf Breeze, and Pensacola Beach, based on their own experience.
Every time we needed something, they were here. For example, when we needed a microwave, not only they allowed us to use their but also lend us plates, forks ...
We enjoyed a lot talking with them and exchanging about our different countries and experiences (especially about food!), and we loved having a Daiquiri (the best) and dinner together.
If you like animals, you will like this house even more, since they have a dog, several cats, and unexpected guests like turtles, frogs and squirrels in the garden which make your day from the morning.
We will miss you guys! See you later in France or in New Orleans?
We had a very great time! They are really nice host's!
The nice poolhouse is not far from the beautiful beach.
We would come again!
Stacy and her daughter were awesome hosts, and their house and pool are beautiful. The room is clean and private and was a great place for us to stay. We highly recommend this abnb.
The place was really nice and close to Pensacola beach. Stacy is a very nice host and we had great time in her house
We needed a place to spend the night before our family reunion weekly rental was available and this place was perfect! Close to beach, shopping and restaurants, our private space next to the pool had everything we needed and more! Stacy and her family were warm, welcoming, interesting and gave us great recommendations on what to do in the Pensacola area.
We had a great stay at stacy and her familily and the lovely Dog. :-) Unfortunately, the time was too short. But all the photos correspond to the reality. Thanx for all, we`ll come back for sure. greets from Hamburg
We enjoyed our stay at the Sullivan's home in Gulf Breeze. These lovely house is well situated, in a quiet and wooded neighbourhood and not far from Pensacola beach. We were gladly received by Stacy, Alan and their daughter Caroline, a french learner. We also had a warm welcome with Pixie, their cute and friendly dog. We spent a good time sharing some wine and talking together, although my english's not very good. We warmly recommend this great room !
Short but sweet! Thanks for being here. I hope your drive back was not too arduous
Good luck to Caroline. Perhaps we will meet again on your sojourn to ? Cornell....?
Stacy and her daughter were great guests - if she gets into Dartmouth, I'm hoping we'll see them again.
Stacy and her teenage daughter stayed with us in order to see the city and tour the nearby campus of Columbia University, where the younger Ms. Sullivan is a prospective student. Fun times! They are smart, delightful, friendly, and engaging guests. It was a pleasure to meet them and we hope to see them again.
Stacy visited with her daughter during a grand tour of colleges in the northeast. They were super warm and friendly people who felt very familiar to me (go Florida!)--and easygoing! When they arrived and our house was being used as a location for a last-minute film shoot, they were nothing but generous. My husband and I enjoyed the time we go to spend with them, and hope we have a chance to host them in the future.
