Roma... non ho una grande predisposizione per le descrizioni personali... trovo che siano superficiali e autoreferenziali...

The apartment is very well located, in a very busy narrow street with lots of restaurants, cafes and an excellent bar right in the corner with the best Campari in Italy and a free apetizers buffet. Just walking distance, crossing the very close Paladio Bridge, to all the interesting places like the Coliseum , Foro, Bocca de la Verita, etc etc etc. Across Viale de Trastevere is a whole colorful neighborhood and the Santa Maria in Trastrevere Church and Piazza.
The apartment is comfortable, large enough, with everything you need and the owner is attentive to solve any problem you may have in a couple of minutes.
There is a couple of things people should know , like the lift is really small and only goes up, you cannot open it to go down so you walk the 4 floors down. Is not a big problem and even a little funny.
The windows are double so you close them at night and you don´t hear the noise in the street and the air conditioning works very well.
One only down point is the shower ; it has not been really cleaned in a long long time, so when you close the sliding doors to take a shower you can see those reels black of dirt. Beside that everything else was acceptable.
Our host was welcoming and helpful and the apartment was in a perfect location for us, on a quiet street, but a short walk to major sights of the city. Our only complaints would be that neither the stove nor the television worked very well. Also there is one, not two bedrooms as advertised. It is also important to note that the living and kitchen are the same room, so the sofabed is in the kitchen. For us it was not a problem. The beds were comfortable, everything else worked just fine and our hosts were responsive. We asked for a lamp with a lampshade (we could not take the bare bulb) and our host appeared at the door in minutes with a lamp. Thanks.
Our host was helpful from the very beginning, providing clear directions to the apartment and welcoming us when we arrived. She gave us a quick tour of the apartment and told us how trash, keys, elevator, etc. work. The apartment itself had more than enough space for the three of us though we spent most of our time on the cute balcony. The neighborhood was wonderful and quiet, yet just a few quick blocks from the river and the craziness of the center. Every morning we enjoyed a cappuccino and pastry at the cafe down the street. Across Viale di Trastevere is a more lively area full of cafes and street vendors. I strongly recommend using this neighborhood as your home base.
The hosts were helpful and responsive when we had questions. The apartment is a large one-bedroom with good kitchen and large bathroom and a nice balcony overlooking a busy Trastevere street. The neighborhood is minutes away by foot from sights in central Rome and is located in the historic and lively Trastevere area. We enjoyed our stay very much.
We booked the place for the entire month of July and had an amazing time. The apartment was clean and a good size with a large bedroom and bathroom. Nice views from the front balcony and back bedroom. The location was excellent. Easy walking distance to the heart of Rome and the neighborhood was lively and exciting with plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants.
There were a few minor glitches with the wifi and stove but Valentina was a great host and responsive whenever we needed some help.
We highly recommend Valentina and this apartment for your next stay in Rome
