My favourite thing about travelling is to actually meet people who live in the places I visit. Only through their eyes I find you can get to really know a place. So, whenever I can I'm staying at a friends' places or visit a B&B. Swiss people travel a lot since we live in such a tiny (though beautiful) country and speak a lot of foreign languages. I manage quite a few myself due to my school formation and my ability to easily learn new ones. I'm interested in sports, love good books, good food in particular and of course my husband, a Swiss Airlines pilot to be. Our schedules don't match too well at times so we also travel individually. Some people think that's weired but I find it better than sitting at home wating for him to come home =).
My favourite places I've visited so far: Rocky Mountains, USA (several times); Québec, CAN; Lisbon, POR; Iguazú BRA/ARG, Corsica, FRA; Córdoba, SPA; Trogir, CRO and Dolomites, ITA.
I would really like to visit (soon): Argentina, Bolivia, South Corea, New Zealand, Barcelona, Rome and Sicily - let's hope one of these days I can see all of that!
That's all there is about me. If you need to know more - just ask. I'm not difficult and quite curious myself!
