Shishene was ill and was not able to make the visit, but she communicated clearly and was very polite about not being able to make it. I recommend her.
Shishenes mother was my guest. She was so sweet and left the room clean! I did not have a chance to meet Shishene, but she was very nice in her messages. Definitely recommend!
Unfortunately I wasn't able to meet Shishene in person as I was away on vacation and had someone else clean the apartment afterwards, but he said she left it very clean and made an easy transition for the next guest coming in. We did have some issues with the Wi-Fi (which has since been fixed and is now currently working) and the key drop-off. I double checked before I left on vacation that she would be dropping off the keys between the hours of 1 - 8 PM and she said yes. However on the day of check-out, she went to the location at 10:00 AM instead when the place was closed and therefore had trouble dropping them off. Everything worked out in the end, but I would've arranged a different drop-off if I knew she was leaving earlier. Communication could've been better, but overall, Shishene seems like a very nice girl and a clean houseguest.
Shishene was my guess in one of my NiceFlatInRome, we did not have problems in communication, I found the flat clean and she took care of the property. She is a very good customer to recommend. Thank you Shishene and see you soon in Rome again.
Shishene was responsible, clean, and respectful of my home. She is welcome back.
