I apologize that your experience at our home was not great and that we didn't assit you properly during your checkin. We where in Spain for Christmas week and forgot to add our spanish phone number in our Airbnb settings. We where always connected to the Airbnb app and able to reply to messages sent via Airbnb. We had our maid service taking care of the Airbnb while we where away.
Regarding the heat issues, we where notified about the issues on the last morning of your stay. We discovered that the heating furnace had a faulty main board that was preventing it from working properly. We have replaced the part and fixed the heating in the main house. Everything is working correctly. I apologize for not being able to fix it during your stay.
