I'm fun, mellow, sane, non-smoker who loves to be in my space. I love where I live! That being said I also love to travel :)

Bea's apartment was perfect for our weekend in Seattle. It is located in Capitol Hill and is great walking distance to a variety of shops and restaurants, as well as easy bus access to city center. The apt itself is very cute and well decorated and has great views. While Bea was not there, it was very easy to arrange picking up the keys.
We received a warm welcome and good information on the area. We thoroughly enjoyed Capitol Hill and the great location of this studio with its light and airy feel! Views across to the Space Needle and the mountains beyond are terrific! We found the bed comfortable and consider this a great place for an overnight. Bea may like to review the amenities to accommodate guests staying more than 1-2 nights - such as a full set of crockery and cutlery, microwave, toaster and iron/ironing board. There is a washed dryer four floors down in the basement but we did not use it in the absence of an iron.
Bea's studio apartment was perfect. It was extremely convenient if you're looking for something in the Capitol Hill neighborhood (which was personally my favorite part of Seattle). The place was wonderfully decorated, very clean and relaxing. Bea made it very easy to check in and out and we really enjoyed our stay. Must check out the Elliott Bay book store around the corner, as well as Molly Moon's ice cream!!
Bea certainly has one of the awesomest apartments in all of Seatle. Located in Capitol Hill, equidistant between Broadway and 15th street, it's very close to buses that will easily take you either downtown or to the University of Washington. The apartment has windows all along two sides with an excellent view of the city and even the mountains. It is light and airy with an easily accessible balcony, and the bed is super-comfortable. I didn't actually meet Bea while I was there, but she was very friendly and accessible by text and left everything I needed in easy to find places. Very highly recommend.
Comfortable apartment and awesome location. Easy walking distance to public transit, restaurants, shops, etc., but somehow still quiet and removed. Bea was out of town during my stay but still very easy to communicate with.
Bea's apartment is fantastic and I strongly recommend it. I had a great time in Seattle, and this was largely due to the wonderful location, furnishings, and view from this apartment. Bea is also quite hospitable and very accommodating. As others have said, the view is a fantastic panorama of the city. The studio apartment itself is cozy and well furnished. I was in Seattle for about two weeks for a business trip, and Bea's apartment helped me feel more at home in the city for this extended stay. Thank you!
If you are traveling to Seattle I would recommend Bea's apartment in Capitol Hill.
The location is fabulous because Seattle is such a great walking city. The view from her place is great and the bed was very comfortable. Her furnishings were pleasant and her kitchen was well equipped.
It is true that the water pressure is low in the shower but the water was warm and this feature did not keep me from enjoying my stay at Bea's place. Loved it!!!!!!!
Bea was a great host for our weekend in Seattle. She made everything simple and keeps a very clean home. The spot is perfect if you're looking to walk around Capitol Hill for the weekend. The only issue was the annoyingly weak shower that goes on and off as you're showering, but she was up front about that, so I can't mark her down for one issue. Besides, who cares about a weak shower when the rest of the place is so great? The greatest thing about the apartment is that it is on the top floor and there is only one apartment neighbor that you can hear. You can not beat the view of the city while lying in bed. Thanks Bea!
My girlfriend and I stayed at Bea's place for two nights and had a marvelous time. Bea was friendly and hospitable, and able to offer suggestions for various food and drink options close by. Her place is clean, cozy, and full of light with marvelous views of downtown and the top of the Needle - provided the Seattle weather cooperates! The proximity to Broadway, 15th, and the Pike and Pine corridor made for easy walks to a plethora of dining possibilities with downtown just a short drive or bus ride away.
As noted by other reviewers, the water pressure in the shower falls to a trickle occasionally but this is only a small inconvenience in an otherwise great location and cozy hide-away.
As a Seattle native returned for a couple nights stay to savor the city, I couldn't have been happier with all that Bea and her place had to offer.
A really cozy, warm and clean apt, with a special view of the city, the sea, the mountains and also the top of the Space Needle. It perfectly fits the needs of a couple. It is in a really quiet block. At the same time walking distance (5 minutes) from Broadway (public transport, shops, restaurants, coffee...) and Pike/Pine corridor for nightlife. With Bea everything has been simple and easy going. Definetely Bea's apt will be our first choice next time in Seattle.
Bea and Arron were great. Got to spend some quality time with them and really enjoyed their stay. I hope they will come visit again.
