Response from Dana:
Perri neglected to use the information I provided her regarding both the
flight details and the estimated time of arrival to the apartment. For her
own unknown reasons, Perri instructed her concierge to be at the apartment
2 hours (!) prior to the expected time of arrival, thus leaving him
'waiting for hours'. My family arrived at the apartment at the exact time
we gave Perri as an expected time of arrival.
Check out instructions were to contact the concierge. However, he was not
available at check out time. As my family had to leave for the airport,
they decided to follow an alternative, customary airbnb check out procedure
- leave the keys at the apartment and close the door behind them, knowing
that the building has an intercom door to the street, preventing non
authorized people from getting into the building.
Though Perri is at least partially responsible for these miscommunications,
she refused to acknowledge that, and was extremely unpleasant throughout. I
would definitely avoid having any contact with her in the future.
