Architect and travel lover.
Large bright apartment and very central location. Huge comfortable couch. The host was gracious and helpful. The place was a bit more shabby than chic, and the last flight of stairs was a killer at the end of a day, but you still get a lot for the price!
awesome location, less than a block to subway and central park where you can also hail a taxi in seconds.. Less than a block the other direction is Columbus & Amsterdam avenue with great shopping for almost anything you could want and magnificent architecture. There are three amazing bakeries within a two block area, Magnolias for muffins, cupcakes & cheesecake. Levain’s for gourmet cookies. Le Pain for fabulous croissants. The apartment is in a brownstone only one floor walk up safe and clean with three Separate (yes small but clean) bedrooms not much room for eating but who is going to eat in with all the food choices in walking distance. A great home base with comfortable beds and relaxing living room. Very easy check in and out. I will defiantly be booking this again
Five Stars! Great location and really comfortable beds. Jonah was so easy to work with. Everything was there - great restaurants, Central Park, easy transportation of all kinds. When we mentioned more lights for reading, Jonah came right over with reading lamps. Would definitely book again. Thanks Jonah for a great time, Meg
The apartment was in a great location and we found it a really great base to get around to all the places we were looking to go.
My flight to New York was delayed, and Jonah went out of his way to drop the keys off for me so I wouldn't be stranded.
I was in town for business and this place was perfect for that. The location is great, and the apartment has everything you need. I would recommend this place to anyone and would definitely stay here again on my next trip to New York.
Very cute apartment in a great location.
Jonah was amazingly responsive and kind (this guy is so cool!)
The apartment was equipped with all the necessities and felt like a little home in the middle of NYC.
We will definitely look for one of Jonha's places next time were in NYC.
We warmly recommend!!!
Jonah was an amazing host. The apartment is absolutely beautiful, very clean and in the perfect location, so close to jells kitchen for all the best food and close to Times Square and all the sites but very quiet still at night to be able to get a great nights sleep. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy NYC.
This place was amazing. He made it very easy to find and it was very clean and comfortable. Excellent host very kind and helpful with whatever I needed. It is in a very nice location next to anything you would need. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!
We had a great stay. Jonah was a great host. The apartment was bright and clean. I recommend this apartment to any family. Location was perfect for touring NY. Walking distance to Central Park and Times Square. Easy and close access to the subway. Many local restaurants and grocery stores.
Perfect location, first floor, quit street (71 street) very near Central Park. Three bedrooms, we (5 persons) stayed for 1 week but did not use the kitchen or living because we were almost all the time in the city. We hired 3 times bikes and made tours along Riverside park (till Washington bridge) in Brooklyn and in Central Park. The bike shop is on 72nd street, 5 minutes away from the apartment. There are shops and restaurants very near. The High Line is great and Meatpacking district too.
Brian was a great guest! I would definitely recommend him to any host!
Jonah is trustworthy and very reliable. He is a seasoned traveller and is courteous and clean! I would highly recommend him to stay in your place at any time.
I met Brian on my first trip to New York some years ago, our meeting was totally random and unexpected. Brian became my impromptu tour guide, a gentleman and true New Yorker. A lifetime and forever friend was made.
Brian is honest, adorable and full of life!
Brian is a great host on Airbnb and is ready and willing to help out with any request, even on short notice. It was a pleasure working with him and we hope to rent from him again.
I've know Brian since since summer 2011 -- we both had summer share houses by the same beach and got to know one another. First, let me just say that Brian's apartment is gorgeous and perfectly located in the city. He's also a lovely guy and I know that he goes to a great deal of effort to look after his guests. If you stay at Brian's apartment, you will not be disappointed!
A great guy, everything went well during my stay, and the apartment is very well located.
I already consider Brian as a friend.

Brian has been my neighbor for quit some time. He is a very thoughtful and kind person who is always eager to share his time with his family and friends. His apartment is always clean, spacious and beautifully furnished and most importantly very quiet - we RARELY hear the noises of the city.
I would highly recommend his space to anyone interested in enjoying the city in one of the most highly sought out neighborhoods in New York.
Brian is one of the loveliest people I've met in NYC since I moved here in 2008. As a host, he is incredibly gracious and attentive to detail, always keeping a gorgeous home. He takes pride in knowing the ins and outs of the city and is always willing to share his wisdom with visitors and new comers. His reviews speak for themselves but as a friend, I could say that he's genuinely a delightful, responsible and trustworthy fella.
Brian is an awesome host and a great friend. I met him two years ago and visiting him is always fun, he knows everything about good places to go, to eat or have fun in NYC. He's a very sweet guy!
