I'm a California native living in NYC. I work in video/digital media and like to get out of the city and into the woods as much as possible.

Joshua's flat was absolutely lovely, and he went to great efforts to make us feel cosy and welcome! We didn't need for anything and the proximity of the flat was excellent for exploring Williamsburg or visiting other parts of Brooklyn and Manhatten.
I really can't recommend him or his flat enough! I would definately say here again!!
Magnífica experiencia. Está situado en un barrio lleno de encanto y es el alojamiento perfecto para dos personas, con todo lo necesario para el día a día. Joshua estuvo disponible en todo momento y nos dio una inmejorable bienvenida. 100% recomendable.
Joshua's apartment had everything we could have hoped for. We used the bedroom as well as the couch and everything worked out perfect. We even could produce our own smoothies in his kitchen on top of everything else. For people keeping an eye on healthy food this is the right place! Everybody else will be pleased as well I guess.
Very conveniently located, Joshua was totally helpful in everything we asked about. It kinda felt as if we staying at a friend's home, although we never met in person.
We stayed for six nights. I can't think of anything wrong with the place.
This was one of my favourite AirBnB stays yet. Josh was more than accommodating with my stay. He even biked over to my office to drop off the keys and a super handy guide that included everything I needed to know.
His place was clean, spacious, quiet - it's exactly what I needed for my business trip. The neighborhood was great too, I found the best mexican restaurant around the corner and I was a few blocks away from the L train that took me right into the city.
I highly recommend staying with Josh, he's a great dude with an awesome place.
Nice little flat in a quiet street in Williamsburg. No problems with this place whatsoever, locals and neighbors were really nice, Josh was really friendly and helpful.
This is a really good base to experience the best of Brooklyn and Manhattan. Nearby is Bedford avenue area which is brimming with quality shops, bars and restaurants. Other Brooklyn attractions include the Brooklyn flea-market just a few stops on the subway and the Brooklyn brewery- this area is great for craft beer. There are lots of art galleries, second hand shops, live music etc. You could spend the whole time in Brooklyn and have a great holiday.
It's even possible to walk in to Manhattan from here. Though we did it via the Williamsburg Bridge this was quite heavy going but an interesting experience none the less. If you are experienced at urban cycling a bicycle could open up the area even more but could be dangerous.
Really ideal guests! Could not have been more pleasant, friendly or neat! Very interesting to meet and talk with them as well. I was very fortunate to have them as guests and would give them the highest recommendation to other hosts. Thank you for coming to stay!
Joshua's visit was short but he seemed very nice, quiet, friendly and cooperative. Highly recommended
