I'm surprised about this bad review, the first one I've received so far. When I met you, you were very happy about your stay, but it is true that it was before I asked you 15€ to replace the damaged towel.
Let me remind you of a few things that you haven't mentioned in your review.
About the internet : You arrived ont May 3, on May 6, the router was accidentally disconnected by the provider for a couple of hours. There was nothing I could do about it. When you informed me of the problem, I reacted immediately and provided you with a alternative way to get a connection, which worked.
You complain about the fact that "there wasn't the things you needed, like towels".
You did have 1 bath towel each, as all my guests do. But you wanted an extra towel, which I provided, so you had more towels than other guests.
If you read the other reviews, you'll notice that all my guests pinpointed the fact that the studio is perfectly equipped.
Concerning the colour of the towel on the picture. Its shade has indeed been slightly changed by the photograph, but it definitely remains of a bordeaux colour. The colour of the towel you had.
As to what you call "the missing information" : I don't know what you are referring to, everything is detailed on my page and in the house manual you received before you arrived.
As to the door, no need to mention it, it is obvious from the pictures on my page that there is no door. So by reading the info I sent you and by looking at the pictures of the studio, you had all the information you needed.
Please understand that I cannot provide my future guests with damaged or dirty towels. You seem to have appreciated the cleanliness of my place yourself, and it is very important for me to provide my guests with good service.
