Leah was the consummate hostess, meeting me despite my late arrival! Everything at the apt was as expected; cozy and comfortable. Leah was available for any issues and there were none. We also negotiated a late checkout which was very convenient! I would highly recommend this rental as a great place for a couple or single traveler!

Leah was great to work with and a very prompt communicator. Her place is close to the subway, Nats Stadium, and marina.
Leah was super easy to deal with and even let us stay longer than planned. The studio was huge and just a 5 minute walk to the metro. The river is just a few steps away too.
Really a 3.5 rating.
This was the first Airbnb experience for both of us. Leah was very easy to communicate & work with. Once I moved in, she checked to make sure everything was okay. I was there for the Inauguration weekend, & it was very convenient. For the most part, you need to take the Metro (5 minute walk from apartment) to get to the main tourist attractions.
The apartment is a fair deal for the price - spacious, very quiet, & the elevator is really quick. There is view of the very top of the Capitol dome; if you crane your neck to the left, you can see the water. The apartment is a little worn, could have been a little cleaner, & had a few little idiosyncrasies. First, I couldn’t get the blinds to open (not a big deal because I was hardly in the apartment during the day). Second, the thermostat was in the off position, and because the weather was unseasonably warm for January, I wanted to cool off the room a little. When I moved the thermostat to cool, it produced hot air.
All in all, I was satisfied with the apartment.
