Response from Monica:
POOR COMMUNICATION BY KATRINA/DEMANDING AND ENTITLED BEHAVIOR!
This girl did not actually stay at my apartment! I had previously told her I would not be home til 8. She should have canceled weeks ago when I told her that. I left a key hidden for her which was apparently stolen (because of leaving a key for katrina I had to pay $150 to have my lock rekeyed due to this safety concern). She called me at work because the key was stolen and demanded entry, despite that I had no other easy way to get her in and she refused to wait at a nearby restaurant or bar. I was forced to inconvenience my boyfriend to leave his work and drive all the way to my place and back to let her in. I don't think she even thanked him. The room as she saw it is actually better than what you see in the AirBnb image because I added lamps and upgraded to a huge, firm airbed. Did katrina think that little elves would come and decorate the room just for her? It basically looks like the Airbnb photo with a larger bed. I can plug in the lamp to the wall switch, but I usually just leave the lamp to be arranged how the guest likes. I usually provide folded sheets to show you they are clean and not used. There is a very warm blanket in the room, which she failed to notice for some reason. I have little decorative rugs covering the normal entryway wear and tear on the carpets which perhaps were moved. Anyway, I got back home from work and went upstairs to greet her and see if she needed anything even though I had a dinner to get to. She just left with no note, no text, no call and didn't respond to my text queries.
