Spaziosa, pulita e ben attrezzata.
Giacomo era molto attento e ha dato informazioni importanti.
Grazie di tutto.
The apartment location was great it was on a side street just off the Via De Corso. Step out your door and start walking south and find great restaurants, bars, shopping and street shows. Continue down the street and pass by the Spanish Steps, then the Trevi Fountain and shortly you’ll arrive at the Coliseum/Palatine Hill area.Head west from the apartment across the Tiber River and in about a 30 minute walk you’ll be at the Vatican and enjoy many sites along the way.
The host made us feel welcome, left us a bottle of wine to enjoy and arranged transport from the airport to the apartment for my family. He also provided tips about local site seeing and eating venues. Giacomo was just a nice guy who was easy to work with.
The apartment was as pictured and as described. The private courtyard was very nice, a great place to relax with a book and a glass of wine. An added plus was a mobile hot spot we could carry in our pocket around the city which really helped on having internet access via wi-fi wherever we happened to be. The bathroom was large and had plenty of hot water.
My only (minor) complaint: I am about 6 foot tall and weigh about 220 lbs. I found the shower stall a bit tight. Other than that I would be hard pressed to find anything at all to whine about. We had a great time at in Rome and Giacaomo’s apartment was a great place to stay..
This was our first experience with Airbnb and we hit the jackpot! Everything was exactly as advertised and pictured, and exactly as all the wonderful reviews indicate! The place was very clean and comfortable, we had no problem with hot water supply (some people mentioned that in the reviews), and there even was a hair dryer! Giacomo had wine and pastries waiting for us, took us out for coffee and gave us tips to the best places to eat. He's a wonderful host! And of course, the central location can't be beat, there are also some high-end stores nearby, like Gucci. And if you need a taxi back to the airport, ask for Luigi, he's the best!

Giacomo is a great and very kind host, went out of his way for us on a number of occasions. Apartment is spare but has everything you need and is in an amazing location if you plan to walk around the city. A great base to explore Rome. And it has a garden!!!
This was my first time with airbnb, but not my first time renting a holiday apartment. Giacomo was by far the most generous and helpful host I have encountered. He assisted with our arrival and gave very good recommendations. The apartment as exactly as described - clean and adequate. The location cannot be beat, we were able to walk everywhere by foot, still there is a convenient bus stop and taxi station near by. We had an amazing time in Rome, and Giacomo's apartment had a lot to do with it.
If I could have an apartment in Rome, I'd like to have the same.
It's the incredible apartment and the best area (between Piazza di Spagna and Piazza dei Popolo) . There are one bedroom and one living room with a small kitchen. And the diamond of this apartment - delightful terrace overlooking a charming and quiet courtyard. We have no complains, everything was great.
Giacomo is very friendly and welcoming host. We will be happy to stay again in his apartment.
