Warren: I am so sorry that you had an issue with a smell in the bathroom. I am offering you a full refund on the cost of your stay. I inspect the rooms constantly and had never had that bathroom smell, nor has any other client, so your unfortunate experience was an anomaly.
Had I know at the time, I would have loved to fix the issue for you while you were here. I have a dedicated and professional cleaning crew come in before every guest, and that smell must have been some sort of aberration. I have since had the crew sanitize and clean the bathroom with enzymatic cleaners, and everyone is aware to check for anything of the sort. We suspect that a previous guest may have used the steam shower repeatedly without allowing the bathroom to ventilate.
Again, I am very sorry that we somehow missed that and I hope you will return on your next trip.
