We had a fantastic stay at Jesse and Annie's place in Santa Barbara. Their apartment is amazing and has a homey, cozy feel (in contrast to other places I've stayed in Air BNB which, while very nice, have a distinct IKEA feel to them). It is also in a great location, just a few blocks from the Bowl (we attended a concert there during our stay), a short walkaway from some of the best Mexican joints in town, and about a 15 minute walk from downtown SB/State St. Definitely recommend their place for your next SB visit!
Jesse was a gem. Never met him but he went out of his way to respond to my inquiries and special requests. Jesse let us check in early because we rolled in during the early morning from LA to surf Rincon. Everything was smooth like butter. The place is spacious and airy. I booked Jesse's place because I was seeing a show at the Santa Barbara Bowl. It was a great decision. We were literally a block away from the entrance and could come and go throughout the day as my travel partner and I were trading places holding our spot in line in order to be first in the gate and get up close to the stage (we ended up on the rail-- front and center). I will stay at Jesse'a again for sure the next time I am seeing a (email hidden) Bowl. There are some great little neighborhood restaurants in the neighborhood. If you stay here, try Arnoldi's -- a family run old school Italian place in Jesse's hood, just on the other side of the high school. They have bocci ball out back and yummy, super-solid cuisine at decent (but not cheap) prices. Kudos, Jesse. Our stay was great.
Jesse and his wife Annie were an absolute delight. What sweet, interesting people. Wishing them many happy adventures as they journey ahead. Best wishes guys!

Not only are Jesse and Annie the best people ever, but their place is great too! Its perfect for anyone wanting to be in walking distance to everything in Santa Barbara. It's a homey apartment with everything you need for a fun get away. We actually used to live right up the street and loved the accessibility to town, beach, tennis courts even, oh and walking up the Beautiful treelined street above their house on the Riviera through parks with the most amazing views of Santa Barbara and the ocean! It's definitely a fun spot.
