The apartment is perfect, beautiful, clean...and very well located!
The apt was great, great situation and clean.
The bed is really good.
About the kitchen i can say the all was good just maybe you can change the pan and the accessories for cook. (old and dirty)
for the rest it was perfect.
Great little place! Excellent location that is near the beach - a great walking distance. The place was perfectly clean and easy to access. Janett was also great in responding to our questions. One tip for anybody who stays here, though, is to think about parking. There is a parking garage nearby, but it cost us $42 to keep the car there for 24 hours. Add that into your cost calculations since you really can't be bothered to fill a meter every 3 hours at a nearby parking lot.
This apartment is conveniently located near the Convention Center, with a bus stop at your doorstep, just a block from the cultural district, three blocks from the beach and just a short walk to the lovely Collins Park. By Miami Beach standards it is a bargain. However, be prepared to get what you pay for. The furnishings are spartan, the lighting is stark, there is no view and the kitchen utensils are basically what one might use on a camping trip. The air conditioning was inefficient. We also had an issue with security after waking up one morning to find that the glass front door of the building had been broken during the night. It was not repaired for a week and no effort was made to secure it. The apartment, which is on the ground floor, did not have a deadbolt, only an easily-defeated push-button lock on the doorknob. We understand from our host and others in the building that the broken door was an extraordinary circumstance and not indicative of the usual state of affairs. Before booking, I would inquire as to whether a deadbolt has been installed (all the other apartments on the main floor had deadbolts). Some end tables, table lamps, a chest of drawers in the bedroom and some decent kitchen utensils would make the apartment a better experience for longer-term stays, but if you just want a short-term place to sleep and will be going out often, it might be suitable. Communication with the host is good.
Janett's place is located very well in Miami Beach, close to the Nightlife and Beach area, but calm and quiet. There was everything we needed and the apartment was clean and tidy. Will definitely stay there again when I come back to Miami Beach. Thanks Janett!
perfect R.A.S PERFECT
Perfectly located! A great little apartment that was a clean and just as described. Thanks Janett!
This apartment is PERFECTLY located for anyone attending a convention or Art Basel Miami Beach as it's literally two blocks from the convention center. Near Dade Blvd. and 22nd. The air conditioning keeps it comfortable and it's quiet since the apartment faces away from the street. It would be perfect for a group of three or so self-sufficient friends or a small family that want to be near the action but need to save money by staying in an apartment--there is a kitchen, large refrigerator, washer and dryer. A great stay!

Janett and her friend were very friendly guests and loved facilitating my appartment to them. Communication went easy and they left the appartment in a clean state! They are welcome anytime.
Although I was out of town when Jeanett's family stayed in my place, my assistant told me that they were very friendly and lovely people. Jeanett is also an AirBnB-er whi has an incredible place in Miami Beach that I would highly recommend checking out!!
