This apartment was beautiful. The location was close/walking distance from union station! The area of the apartment is a little rough, but we did not feel unsafe unless we were walking through the street at night!
Es war eine sehr komfortable , stadtnahe Wohnung.Innen neu renoviert. Leider fehlte
Toaster, Leselampen in den Schlafbereichen.
Der Aussenbereich war leider noch eine Baustelle. Parkmöglichkeiten waren vorhanden .
Die Wohngegend befindet sich im Aufschwung. Alles in allem haben wir uns wohlgefühlt.
The Host was nice and easy to reach on the phone.
Myself and 2 friends stayed here for a girl's weekend and we loved the apartment! It's in an excellent location, clean, and was plenty of space for the 3 of us. The listing says it sleeps 5 but really I wouldn't want more than 4 (2 in the bed and 2 on the futon, you could bring an airbed in though if need be - there is definitely space for it). The little kitchen was well stocked with supplies. There were beach chairs for our use. There was plenty of covered parking available on premises (included in price), so arrival and check in were a breeze. Communication was the only concern throughout the weekend. Didn't have check in instructions emailed to me until the night before we left. And we weren't sure about rules for checking in / checking out - I couldn't even find a check out time listed. So we left to get breakfast then decided to swing back to the apartment before leaving, but the cleaning crew was already there cleaning. (That said, it was nice and clean when we arrived :))
All in all a great visit and great apartment! I would recommend.
I stayed at this location labor day weekend and it was in the perfect area. We were about two blocks away from the beach. The super market, bar and grill, and a rooftop bar was right across the street. We were also a five minute drive or cab ride away from Seacrets, and the boardwalk.
My only reco for packing is to bring all necessities. I've rented from a few other places on airbnb and the home will usually have plates, cups, paper towel, garbage bags, and pots. So we did have to do a quick scan once checking in and head to the market across the street. But once that was completed we were pretty comfy. Would recommend!
We had a great stay here. As other reviewers have pointed out, it's a bit sparse. The beds could use an upgrade as well as the kitchen. That said, it's a block from the beach and well located if you're interested in some separation from the maddening crowd. There's plenty of restaurants and shopping in walking distance. Finally, it's pet friendly which was the reason we chose it in the first place. If you're looking for plush accommodations, this isn't your jam. If you're cool with a slightly utilitarian pad to call home base, this is perfectly functional. After all, you're at the beach. Get outside, man.
The host canceled this reservation the day before arrival. This is an automated posting.

I offered him another weekend with a free night, wich he didnot want.

I had a duoble booking I offered the guest another weekend with a free night, but she didnot want it. I feel really bad , but had no choice.
Janett was pleasant but very slow to communicate, which made for a little anxiety when preparing for our trip. We never met Janett, as our key was in a lockbox attached to the front door (which was actually very convenient and totally fine w/ us). Additionally, the WiFi didn't work the whole time we were there and I didn't feel like that was a priority for Janett to fix at all since she waited so long between efforts to communicate.
Our introduction to the house was immediately questionable, in that the bricks on the front steps were an accident waiting to happen, the front room smelled strongly of cats (but there was no other evidence of cats), many of the lightbulbs (to include the front porch) were burned out, and there were several unsafe/high thresholds between rooms and at the top of the stairs. That being said, every corner was spotless and the linens were all clean, so it was clear that a professional cleaning service had been there to tidy up between guests. Although we understood that "essentials" (i.e. shampoo, toothpaste, etc.) weren't part of the deal, we were surprised that there was no hand soap in any of the bathrooms.
The neighborhood did seem a little questionable and several surrounding properties along the back alleyway look worse for the wear, but everyone we saw/met was pleasant. My husband, mother, and I went on a walk shortly after arriving--while it was still daylight--to find that, albeit a little rough around the edges, it was safer feeling than at face value. We walked through the neighborhood both day and night after that (with two children--ages 6 & 8), "Ubering" to and from anything that wasn't close enough to walk.
Overall, this was a great deal for 7 people for 2 nights and I would recommend it, but DO be prepared with all items other than linens, toilet paper, and dishwashing detergent. (We never had any reason to use the washer/dryer, so I don't know what the status of the laundry detergent was.) This property is a great place to crash for a weekend--it's not personalized at all, so you don't feel like you're staying in someone else's house.
Janett was easy to communicate with. The house is perfect for a weekend get away. It is minutes from bars and restaurants and right next to the beach. I would definitely love to come back again!
Janett and her friend were very friendly guests and loved facilitating my appartment to them. Communication went easy and they left the appartment in a clean state! They are welcome anytime.
Although I was out of town when Jeanett's family stayed in my place, my assistant told me that they were very friendly and lovely people. Jeanett is also an AirBnB-er whi has an incredible place in Miami Beach that I would highly recommend checking out!!
