I am Ivan Sofran.
Great apartment with good internet, pc for use and humongous tv in dining room + smaller in one beddroom.
Host was super nice although we arrived at 23h. Pointed out everything I needed to know and was available for any inquiry.
Apartment is big, clean and close to center
Good apartments to stay, located in modern district of Budva, with three rooms (two bedrooms and living room), big beds, TV, Internet (Wi-Fi and Ethernet), one big balcony with a view on mountains and central part of Budva. In ~5 mins walk from house there's a main road that connects Budva to nearby places (with a bus/taxis stop to Jaz/Ploce beaches). There's also supermarket here, and if you walk another 5 mins you'll be near Old Town or pier where most of cafes and restaurants are. Don't worry about curved street on the map - there's a few pedestrian stairs shortcuts. There were two of us but apartments can afford up to 6 people (3 pairs). Ivan's mother met us on arrival (she lives in nearby apartments) and showed us everything. Though apartments are on the first living floor of building, there's garage under them, so it's actually like 2nd floor, so no one will walk and look into windows from outside while you're on balcony. Street is very quiet most times except when rare bikers ride. Internet: ADSL with ~4Mb/~0.3Mb, upload is a bit slow but it's not a big deal, download is enough for most tourist needs (if you have a smartphone/tablet I'll recommend to buy also one of the cheap tourist SIMs). 70+ IPTV channels, local and world-wide, big flat TV on which we watched movies from our notebook every evening. Hot water is from big boiler, just don't forget to turn it on 1-2 hours before bath. Air conditioner is in big room, we were at the beginning of September, so used it on rare occassions. Overall I'll recommend staying at Ivan's apartments.
The apartment was spacious, in a great location and most importantly clean. Ivan also was very nice and offered his assistance should we have any issues.
We stayed 3 people at Ivan's place. Location is good. You can walk to the old city around 15 minutes by walking. But with max 10 min. walk you can find everything you need. Only one situtation, because of the hilly structure of Budva, you can walk from home to center, but you should definitely take a taxi to home. It cost 3-4 € from the centre at most. (But you should be careful about tariffs in Budva)
Flat is very spacious, clean and with a great balcony to hang out before night or having a breakfast.
We couldn't personally met with Ivan but Irena helped us for all stuff. She was also very kind, cheerful and helped us with our all questions and demands. You can spend very comfartable holiday in this place.
Very recommended place and host.
The apartment was exactly as shown on the listing. It is a spacious two bedroom place with a great view of the mountains and Budva. The neighborhood was very quiet and there was always plenty of parking for us, very near the apartment.
Of note, the apartment is at the top of a hill with either steps or a road leading up to it. We were fine going to a from with our young daughter. However, it is still an easy walk to the beach, restaurants and clubs and far better than trying to navigate traffic.
If you are looking to enjoy the fun of Budva but with a quiet place to relax and sleep, this is a perfect apartment.
