Broad-spectrum enthusiast and father of two from San Francisco
Paul was cordial and warm when we chatted on the phone before his arrival. Although we didn't meet, we spent a good while talking about the details of the house. He was receptive and excited. He came with his wife and children and seemed to have an enjoyable time in Shasta. I didn't get to see the house after he left as I was out of town but my friend came over to tidy up. Aside from the usual clean up, sadly, the couch was badly stained. Paul was apologetic about it; his son came in with muddy hands or boots. I've had reservations about having young children in the house as the floors are not carpeted but Paul felt it would be fine and I trusted him. But much as I adore children, I will consider carefully before renting to families with younger offspring again..
Paul was a perfect guest. Very nice, friendly, and considerate.
