People who leave negative comments, you know weren't the best guest. Well lets say I've never had a difficult guest before until now, Lisa gave issues from reservation to check in. She was very rude to the neighbors. As soon as she got to the apartment she complained to airbnb about an open window and they told her she was incorrect. There are 2 window ac's in the apartment. If that was an issue she could of emailed me. Communication is very important. She didn't want to email thru airbnb but doing that secures the host. She did not ask me where an internet café was and never told me she didn't have a smart phone or laptop.
