My experience staying with Brian was ideal. Brian (email hidden), really accommodating and easy to get along with. He'll give you amazing recommendations for what to check out while you're in Indiana. His place was conveniently located, really close to everything you could need. His dog Wally was the coolest dog I've ever met and his cat was really affectionate, so if you love animals, big bonus here. A great thing about the set up is that if you're looking for some privacy you can easily get it, and if you're feeling social, Brian was really great to hang out with. As for the room itself, its quite big, well lit with lots of daylight, and a sliding door to a ground level balcony, if you're a smoker it's really idea. Also, the room has a huge washroom attached to it, with what seemed like a never ending supply of hot water. Lastly the bed, whoa. I don't remember ever sleeping so well. Lastly, you have access to a luxurious outdoor swimming pool, the most powerful jet jacuzzi you'll ever experience, and a gym with lots of great workout machines. What else can I say, all in all, one of the best airbnb experiences I've had. Highly recommend it.
The room was fantastic, the host extremely welcoming and friendly. The neighborhood was great, and right in the middle of everything. We really enjoyed our experience, and we'd recommend Brian to anyone looking for a great room.

Brian (email hidden). I needed a room last minute and Brian took care of me. I would stay with him again.
Brian was an awesome host. Very personable/friendly and made me feel right at home. We even went out for a drink one night and he showed me the best deal in town (Tuesday's steak dinner at the Ale Emporium, if you're curious). Not to mention Wally is probably the coolest dog you'll ever chill with.
The apartment itself and overall complex is very nice as well. Nice units, lots of young people walking around and situated in a nice part of town. It was my first stay with AirBnB and it definitely exceeded expectations. Would recommend to anyone, especially younger people.
This was my first experience with Airbnb -- and it was great!
Brian is an excellent host, personable, helpful, very knowledgeable of the area and attentive to guests' needs. The bed, bathroom and desk are all quite comfortable. Parking is ample and the ground-level apartment is convenient for those who find stairs difficult. Brian's playful, intelligent dog and sweet, cuddly cat provide an added attraction.
My spouse and I enjoyed our stay and warmly recommend "Cozy Master Suite" to anyone coming to Indianapolis.
(email hidden). Everything went fine total a +++
I had a great stay at Brian's place. The bathroom connected to the bedroom was large and spacious. Brain was super friendly and flexible to work with (especially when I had to arrive late). Both his cat and dog were little sweetie pies that touched my heart and made me smile. :)
I had a great time with Brian, and of course his pets. The apartment was roomy and the bed was super comfortable. My Indianapolis experience was fantastic thanks to Brian!
Brian is soooooo nice! We messaged him at the last minute, and he was able to accommodate us that night. We stayed 3 nights, and from the first night, it felt like we had lived there for months. He is so easy going & did everything to make us feel at home. His girlfriend wasn't home that weekend, but she sounds very nice. Brian picked out shows & movies we liked to watch on his nice TV & welcomed us into his living room & kitchen.
The memory foam mattress is very comfortable & the master bedroom is big & the attached private master bathroom is huge! His apartment is super quiet & on the ground floor. His front door exits into an interior stairwell / hallway shared by a few other tenants that exits to the exterior door for security.
We didn't hear any neighbors or noise, and my husband can be sensitive when it comes to noise but we heard nothing. The location is about 25 min from the city, but it is easy freeway driving. The location is safe & near a grocery store, restaurants & shopping.
Kevin & I are not naturally dog people, but "Wally" is not your average dog! He never barks & doesn't jump up on people. He is super sweet & only sniffs you & silently hopes for a pet on the head. Brian also has a shy, reserved cat that is very cute. We are cat people, so "Bettis" received a lot of attention.
We really enjoyed our stay. It was very restful & if we are ever back in Indianapolis, we will definitely call Brian!
Really enjoyed having Brian.... He is a very smart guy and knew how to hold an actual conversation. He really seemed to like the room i put him in also.... Brian was a quiet guest and i had no problems with him. Hope Brian comes to stay again
Response from Brian:
Thanks Mikel! I am down there this week actually, but you were booked or not available :p
Maybe I can catch you in a couple weeks.
Brian is a very nice young man. He is polite and friendly and I can recommend him highly.
Response from Brian:
Thank you for letting me stay in your wonderful home, and the great hospitality!
Brian was a good guest, very clean. Quiet - didn't even know he was there most of the time. We would welcome him back.
I had the pleasure to host Brian and his girlfriend in my apartment in DC over Xmas for 4 nights. Everything went very well and I was in constant touch with Brian before and during his stay. After check out, I found the place neat, impeccable, and with all my belongings. I have nothing but good things to say about having Brian as a guest.
Response from Brian:
