Hi, I'm Rachel! I moved to Salt Lake City with my husband in 2011. Since then, we've acquired rental properties and enjoy hosting guests.

Great location and space was ideal for our ski vacation. Walking distance to lifts and free bus so that we could ski other resorts. Rachel was a very responsive host.
The one deterrent was that this unit is on the first floor with very thin ceiling walls. The upstairs neighbor sounded like he was moving bricks until 4am one night! We are a very quiet couple, who did not enjoy the continuous clanging/creaking/shuffling that lasted all hours of the night. It of course is not the host's fault, but something to be aware of.
Rachel provided all of the information we needed in advance, and we did not need to reach out during the trip. The condo's location was absolutely perfect for skiing at the Canyons. And the hot tub was an added bonus after a long day of skiing. We did have some trouble figuring out how to work the fireplace/heater, so the condo was a bit cold.
The condo was comfortable, very reasonably priced, and worked out great for my trip to the Sundance Film Festival this year. It was a short walk to the Canyons transit hub to get the bus into Park City. Rachel responded quickly to all of my questions and kept me in the loop leading up to the trip.
Rachel's condo is perfectly situated, a short walk to the Cabriolet lift that will take you to the center of the village and give you access to the mountain at Canyons. The unit has only basic amenities. The kitchen is well stocked for eating take-out, but not for cooking. It was missing some basic tools for food prep, for example, no mixing bowls or collander.
Rachel is very responsive and answered our emailed questions immediately.
Rachel's place by the Canyons Resort in Park City was great! It was convenient to the slopes and at a very reasonable rate. She even made sure we had blankets and sleeping arrangements for all 4 of us. Rachel was quick to answer any questions we had. The fireplace heating system was very cozy and one of our highlights to come back to on a few very cold days. Thanks!
The reservation was canceled 78 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.
100 yards to the gondola, 100 yards to the free public bus to Main Street, 25 yards to hot tub...and the gas fireplace works great. Can't beat the price or location! We brought our laptop for watching DVDs and a mobile hot-spot for internet. Couch does not fold out but sleeps one comfortably. We're already talking about returning next season.
I found this place a little bit under managed.
I felt the condo was not ready for rental...there was no heat when we arrived and was so for 2days until the gas was turned on. There is a tv but there is no cable or dish , so all we got was the Park City infomercial..very disappointing
Very roomy tri-level home. Clean.
Rachel was very prompt and helpful. She provided some great restaurant recommendations.
The house is just a short drive to Snowbird and Alta Resorts. It is also close to the bus stop if you don't want to drive to the resort. Walmart, grocery stores, gas stations, and restaurants are very close too. Great location!
Rachel and her guest were great! Hope they come back!
