1- Mr Jan came to our apartment the day before to inspect it before
confirming staying for one month. He accepted the apartment and moved in
the next day.

apartment has shampoo, shower gel, new condoms etc etc which we provide
for our guests.
7- He was upset that the bedroom wardrobe had goods in them. As airbnb is a
website where you rent peoples own homes we do not feel that it was
unreasonable to have private belongings in the wardrobe. We emptied space
in the wardrobe for him immediately. Our apartment is as the photos on the

the apartment and clean again for him after he had checked in for one hour.
9- After the 1st night stay he messaged us to say that the bed was too

apartment so we inform him that he can terminate the contract and he stayed
