In response to the current review, The Siam Guest House has been successfully providing accommodations and lodging services since 1994; serving those visitors, who travel to Pattaya on a small modest budget. We are pleased to report that we have many content returning guests.
However, The Siam Guest House takes feedback and allegations seriously. No matter the allegation, we investigate each and every allegation. The Siam Guest House and Staff apologizes for any inconvenience that we may have caused you.
Concerning The Siam Guest House staff, we get many nice compliments concerning our staff. Since 1994, we have served over 200,000 thousand guests from all over the world and sometimes, on an occasion, we do have miss-communications.
Also, we need to remember, how people treat you is their karma; how you react is yours. “Wayne Dyer.” Further, in order to receive a smile we should smile first, we need to respect people. However, we will continue to provide customer service training to our staff; however, no matter how much we train our staff, we cannot guarantee that you will automatically get respect or smiles, in some cases a person has to EARN it.
Concerning this review, we could not move this guest because we were fully booked.
The Siam Guest House is not a hotel. In all of our print literature we explain that The Siam Guest House is a modest contemporary property and our primary purpose (our mission) is to assure our guests of a convenient stay for those traveling to Pattaya on a relative modest budget. We provide modest and comfortable lodging for those traveling on a budget. The Siam Guest House does not advertise or market as a hotel; therefore, we do not provide all the amenities of a hotel; on the other hand, we do not charge the same relatively high rates of a hotel.
In summary, The Siam Guest House and Staff we will continue to provide customer service training to our staff and continue to improve on the service that we provide. Again, we apologizes for any inconvenience that we may have caused you. However, we are guest house not a hotel; and we are honored that we have been successfully providing accommodations and lodging services since 1994; and we have serve more than 2(phone number hidden)sitors to Pattaya and we have many content returning guests.
