To tell you a bit about me: I am a RN who works in inpatient psychaitry. I also am a trainer-I teach Nonviolent Communication. I work with individuals, couples and groups to evolve their systems of communication. I have authored several books on Nonviolent Communication and health care. I speak at conferences and travel a bit. I'm also a grandmother of an adorable five year old. I live in a lovely four bedroom house which is in a cohousing community. There is way too much space in this house for little ole me so I like to have people stay here. I mainly hang out on the top floor. The living room, kitchen and bathroom are on the middle floor and the room I rent is on the lower level. You may see very little of me during your stay. If you don't want to see me at all you are welcome to come and go through the outside door in your room. You are welcome to use the kitchen and hang out in the living room and on the porch. You can also participate in some cohousing meals and activities if they are happening when you are here (they occure in the Common House, not in my house.) Occassionally I see clients and couples in the living room. I'll let you know when that happens so you can arrange your schedule to be somewhere else or in your room during those times. I look forward to meeting you.
