Let's address some of these issues.
First of off all the only issues we where made aware of was the fact that Antonio wanted more plates( the five plates in the kitchen was not enough for the three guests that stayed). He was upset I didn't have mugs( I have coffee mugs in the house which we leave next to coffee machine) and the fact that we had eggs in the fridge( which I just purchased so I hope they weren't expired). I gave him two options cancel reservation or I'll have the issues addressed the next day. He insisted on staying so we planned on getting plates and removing the eggs.
Before we could do anything he sent a message that the fan was to loud and he couldn't sleep. I have no idea what he was talking out about and based on his bizarre behavior the day I really didn't question it.
Even odd requests from guest we try and address.
1. We had no trash in the house
2. We had no food in fridge outside of eggs which where new.
3. The only fan that runs is a de humidifier that can be turned off. Nothing sounds like a "plane taking off".
Reviews are great to improve guest experience however lying is not.
