Response from Kim:
Boo expected not only a place to stay but a full on maid service as well. This is not what is offered. Boo stayed in the apartment with another guest. I spent most of the time away but visited once sometimes twice per day to check on things and to check on Paddington. I cannot control the cleanliness of other guests...at all. If you all don't clean up behind yourselves it is not my responsibility as I am renting out the place. Also the advert for my place states that the room is bright and sunny...not the apartment in it's entirety though Boo's statement of it being depressingly dark is quite the exaggeration. Look at the rest of my reviews. Boo is jus angry because she once locked herself out of the bedroom at 6am and proceeded to wake my entire building by banging on the doors, ringing buzzers and shouting all because she was going to be late for class. This was a HUGE problem as this did not sit well with my neighhhbors. I had to address it and Boo was very angry that I would dare do so. When Boo moved in the apartment was quite clean! Paddy was going thru a bladder infection and diet change so his box filled more than normal but we've since gotten it under control. For this...my apologies. Boo stated that Tristan's arm is raw from scratches from Paddy "playing" well Tristan can attest to the fact that he rough housed with Paddington and so him being a cat this is how he came to expect to play. Paddy is quite rambunctious but again....I've NEVER had a bad review on him or me. Boo moved in the apartment September. Everyone knows that in the Falll garden crops wane and I picked my last crop sometime in the first few weeks she was here. There is no garden going into cold weather. Even my 4 year old niece knows this. The flatmate found Boo nauseating as well and at tiimes stated that he thought she was nuts. I have to agree and have since had the locks changed because she made everyone so uncomfortable. Even my flatmates Dad found her a bit offish. My flatmates Dad visited (and is a veterinarian) and found Paddington to behave like a completely normal 2 yr old cat. But I suppose Boo knows more. O__o I am so glad Boo found a better place to suit her for the 2nd leg of her stay here in NYC (which IS expensive by the way) as it wouldn't have mattered if she hadn't...I would never have let her continue to stay here. In fact my other guest was so ecstatic when she was leaving he kept texting me to ask when I was moving back in as I was only renting the room out for a while. My apartment is clean now that I am back in it. I think Boo expected something a bit different. Too bad for her. Anyway Good luck Boo. That is all.
