Ben Daniel is a very kind and accommodating host. He waited for our group of 6 to arrive to give us the keys. The title says, "wow" which is definitely an overstatement of the apartment. It is a very tight squeeze for 6. Still, Ben is honest, true to his word, and fair. His apt is reasonably priced, incredibly convenient, and looks almost as it is pictured. This is not the place to rent if you are hoping to enjoy time in the apartment. This is the place to stay if you are trying to do as much in NYC as possible and have a place to go home and crash.
We stayed at Ben's apartment in February for four days, we drove into the city. The apartment, like advertised, offered two bedroom that can each sleep 2 people and a sofa-bed that was very confortable. The apartment building was very quiet and well situated. We were very pleased with the location of Ben's apartment. Close to two major streets that take you straight to heart of the city. A lot of cabs were around and it would only cost 10 to 15$ dollars from the apartment to get to Times Square. The apartment is also close to Central Park which was good for days where we wanted to enjoying the nice weather. Also, two big interior parkings offering pretty good price (25$/day) allowed us to park our car very close to the apartment which was very convinient. Overall, our experience with Ben was very well appreciated. Ben seemed to care about his guests, texting us everyday to make sure that everything was alright. When we needed insight on a good pizza place from the apartment Ben was quick to answer with a good recommendation. If I had to visit NYC in the future I would definetly stay at Ben's place.
My friends and I enjoyed our stay here. The place was able to accommodate 6 but 6 girls in 1 place was quite hard but it wasn't necessarily the place'a fault. Everything was good. The only problem we ran into was the wifi connection it kept disappearing and it was quite an inconvenience to keep unplugging and plugging it again and again, but once again that could be because 6 people were using it all at once. Another problem we had was at the very last night the toilet overflowed while I was in the bathroom. I don't really know what happened as to what made it overflow. Overall it was a good stay. I liked how there were mini heaters provided because it sure was cold!
Ben was a great host, he was very polite and he asked everyday if we needed something during our stay. It was very easy to communicate with him whenever we wanted. His place was tidy and clean and also it has a very good location that is really close to metro station and central park. We stayed in a private room but we felt like we were staying in the entire place, so it was very comfortable and we had the privacy. I can say that I highly recommend this place to everyone.
Ben is a great host he was so nice and helpfull he was present every time when I need it and the apartment is very clean comfortable et close to all so I really recommend it and I will rent this apartment every time when I'm come back to NYC.
Ben was an amazing host. He was always very helpful and easy to reach out whenever I had a question. He also helped me find my way through my first time in NY.
The place is a very nice apartment near the Central Park in Manhattan. Being close to the subway was also very handy. Highly recommended.
Ben and his friend were a very nice guests. They were always very kind and I had no problem at all with them. They left the apartment in a perfect condition, so all in all I have no doubts about recommending them to future hosts. They are always welcome to our apartment. Thanks!
Ben was a very nice tenant. Very polite and clean. Left The house perfect.
I would definately have Him as a host again.
