Debbie - I can send you photos of the dust/dirt/grime/cockroaches if you wish so you can address these directly with your cleaner. I think I was pretty kind on you in my review given what we experienced there. As for the 'lies': I did not say you were unresponsive. You did not send the cleaner over to address the complaint. She was there to drop off toilet paper and she was on her way to another job (she didn't mention anything about doing extra cleaning and she had a friend with her waiting in the car). We did not demand a refund. We said that if the water didn't come back on we would have to leave the premises, in which case we would need a refund for the night we couldn't stay. You also told us you had guests stay after your mother stayed there. Perhaps this is where the bugs came from? I'm not sure. We were on the lookout for fleas/midges/mosquitos the whole time as we were concerned that our kids would be bitten in the same way we were and didn't see any of these, which is how we came to the conclusion of bedbugs.
I sincerely hope you can resolve these issues because, as I said in my review, it would have been a great place to stay otherwise. You are doing yourself a disservice by calling us liars - now if people go to stay in your apartment they will be too scared to have any issues resolved! I brought these issues to your attention so that you could resolve them and if you had, you would have received a great review from me. I was willing to let everything else go - the ants, roaches, dirt and grime, even the bedbugs - if you dealt with the situation in a proper manner, as at the time, these things were not under your control and we were understanding of that. Alas, you did not.
