I am a retired engineer from the energy patch. I live in the California wine country, but my children go to college in Texas. I use this condo for my visits to Texas, and rent it out the rest of the time.

I loved staying in this apartment. The apartment is stylish, comfortable and has everything you could possibly need for a short or even longer stay (I stayed more than a month). I love cooking so was delighted to discover the kitchen is fully kitted out with all the essentials and then some. The things that were important for me were all available: washer-dryer, dishwasher, huge walk in robe, cable, high speed wi-fi, a very comfortable bed and I was so happy to discover a desk and office chair in the bedroom so I could work from home on the couple of days when I had to. The building itself is pretty quiet and is very convenient for everything: the bus stop is literally outside the door. Chris and his sister Phyl are great hosts – they answered any of my questions right away and really bent over backwards to make my stay comfortable. Five stars all round.
