I'm silly, open to the universe and still figuring out how the human mind works. It is capable of amazing things.

I am an Advertising /Marketing/Social Media Copywriter with a total of 8 years of experience from ad agencies in Chicago and LA, including Leo Burnett, Burrell, Muse and True Agency. I have been a comedy writer/improv comic/actress professionally for about 12 years in LA (MTV's Wild N Out, among other credits), and 3.5 years in Chicago (at the Second City). And most recently, I joined Toastmasters in Ventura, CA and took home 2nd place in our Area B1 Humorous Competition, with a speech entitled, "I Have To Be SuperNatural: Step-Parenting Ain't Easy."

I teach yoga with philosophy from Vedanta, taken from the Bhagvad-Gita. I also teach guided meditations of the Chakras at a reputable drug/alcohol rehab facility in the San Fernando Valley (LA).

I have done quite a bit of self-development and spiritual work, namely Landmark Education, (and through their online dating website, met Grant, my life and travel partner!), Warrior/Wizard Camp through Peak Potentials and Leela Francis's body of work around Goddess and Sisterhood. I love listening to Alan Watts, Jack Kornfield, Ekhart Tolle, and Malcolm Gladwell and reading Ram Dass & Susan Chernak-McElroy. And when Grant took me to Burning Man for my first time in 2009, I got that same feeling that most get when they visit the playa: I knew I was home.

I like athletic pursuits like hiking and biking and I love a good game night, with Taboo and Pictionary! I am of Indian descent and also speak Japanese and Spanish.

I would love to own a property where I can create a magical experience for those who come through. The kind where we can find kids who don't have an ounce of nature in their lives, and transport them over, and take them on trail hikes, adventures amongst the trees, and opportunities to see what is worth preserving in our ecosystem. This is a dream which I am manifesting.

And That's where great hosts like you come in! I get to learn how to be one!
