I am a semi-retired Chef, I love growing my own vegetables, and cooking dinners for my friends. Sydney is a great place to eat out and enjoy the best coffee, which is one of the reasons I love it here.
I had a great together with Miro (2 days). The room is quite big with it's own bathroom. The apartment has a great location close to shopping, restaurants and green areas. Miro was a VERY friendly host and provided me breakfast, wine and dinner one the nights. We had cozy and long chats during the nights.
I had a wonderful stay recently with Miro as his first airbnb guest in his Waterloo apartment. It's a two bed, two bathroom apartment so I had my own large bathroom off the hall. The room was also very large with a a big closet to unpack in if I wanted. Miro's apartment is very convenient having 3 different grocery stores and assorted restaurants just downstairs along with a pool and a well equipped gym. Walking distance to trendy Surrey Hills, there are buses diagonally across the street that take you straight to the city center and Circle Quay. Miro was a lovely host- picked me up from the airport which was very handy! Had a lovely cereal, fresh fruit, milk, bread, peanut butter, jam, and vegemite (!) available for me- very generous and helpful! As I was there for New Year's Eve, Miro was also kind enough to bring me a cooler bag so I could take bottled water and sandwiches with me to camp out on the Quays. Comfortable bed, plush towels. Miro stayed with his partner most of my stay but kept in touch by phone if I needed anything. Really enhanced my stay in Sydney and I wouldn't hesitate to stay with Miro again!
