Gregory graciously opened up his home to my husband and I on very short notice, allowing us to stay in his lovely home in an ideal location where we would not need a rental car. Gregory was very accommodating. He kindly prepared us a delicious oatmeal breakfast, shared his living space, and was very helpful in every way. The bed and room were simple but very comfortable. His home is comfortable, artistic and well lived in. We were a little surprised by the tax added but overall it was a great experience and we would recommend it!
Fantastic place to stay! Gregory’s home was absolutely perfect in a very safe, central location to all the hip restaurants and nightlife in LA. Gregory is a fantastic host, both gracious and exciting to talk with. We had plans to go to a well known restaurant, Gregory (an excellent chef) talked us into canceling our reservation and gave us several other options with which we chose one and I can say he knows the right places to go!! Thanks so much Gregory our experience here was fabulous and memorable! We will be keeping in touch with you and when traveling to LA we will stay here again.
Three of us spent a great week in Gregory's huge place. It was very comfortable...beds were great. The location is perfect for getting anywhere you want to go in LA.
Gregory was one of the most helpful hosts I've ever had, with his expert knowledge and recommendations for restaurants and local jewels.
B prepared to enjoy!
This was our first time using AirBnB and had a great experience. We were there for a friends wedding, which was at the SLS in Beverly Hills. The location of Gregory's place is great! Less than a mile a way from the hotel and a 10 minute walk from the Grove and Farmers market.
Gregory was a wonderful host. He made sure we had everything we needed and made several dinning recommendations. We rented the entire place, and were very comfortable. This is his home so his personal items were throughout.
Overall great experience and a great location! We would recommend.
Returning to a place you liked is always a pleasure. specifically with Gregory as host. His place is charming and he made it perfect for confort and privacy. It is also my favorite neighborhood in Los Angeles. Chack his profile or ask him for tips to spend a great time!
We had a great time staying at Gregory's Charming Spanish Spacious Duplex. To say that it's spacious is an understatement. We had so much room to spread out and relax, I think I lost my wife inside a couple of times : ) Gregory was a great host, checking in to see how we were doing and making sure that we had a great stay. Situated in a really great part of town that you can walk(that's almost a cuss word in LA) to LACMA, The Grove, Toast, and many other exciting places of interest, this is a very nice place to stay for your LA getaway.
Greg is a gracious host. Friendly, responsive and helpful. His guidance regarding my 3-day weekend plan was knowledgeable and most helpful. You've got coffee in the morning, tips of LA for your ventures, and shampoo/toiletries for those who have forgotten to bring their own. His apartment was everything I could ask for - spotless, spacious, comfy and provides enough privacy for those who need it. The location is excellent: a brief stroll will take you to The Grove, LACMA, Beverly Center.
Great eats/coffee joints (an abundance of them, actually) can be found around, which is also practically just a stumble from the apartment. The area is vibrant of diversity, food, and culture. Great bars at La Cienega too.
All in all, I'm glad to have come across Greg's posting. Greg is a fantastic host. During my next visit, I'll be coming here again (if the space is available!). If not, I'll still visit Greg.
Quick stay. Great guest!! Thanks for helping me sharpen my knives, Gregory.
Gregory's stay was short and sort of last minute. We were able to accommodate him at such short notice. It was coincidental that one of my quest was also attending the same seminar he was here for. They were out early and came in late all through the week so didn't get much time to get to know Gregory.
Gregory is a brilliant chef, delightful host and his lovely home has been the happy gathering spot for many a dinner party! I've had the good luck of house sitting for him once upon a time and it is a great place to be in a great neighborhood.
