I am based in NYC but I working for Kitchit here in SF, am a Fellow of the Culinary Institute of America and a board member of Women Chefs and Restauranteurs. In other words, I spend a lot of time going back and forth. I also spend a week a month in Chicago. While I typically stay with co-workers, sometimes that doesn't work out and I Airbnb. I like all things food, bourbon and Japanese whiskey.
