Cory was travelling with his Girlfriend and her son. He originally requested a SMALL 400 SQ FT apartment. I upgraded him to a 1500 square foot, two bedroom 1 1/2 bath house for NO extra charge. I don't see what the issue is. There definitely was a problem with the wifi which definitely has been fixed. I am not going to delve into excuses, but I will just say this. I was not communicating very well during the first week in April. I was dealing with a VERY personal and all consuming private matter.
I am sorry Peter had a bad experience. I have checked the hot water and the internet at the property and they both seem to be working fine. I also checked with several guests who have been in this particular apartment in the days before and after Peter stayed and they did not report any problems. And speaking of reporting. I did not hear about any of these problems until after Peter left, so if you have a problem let us know and we will remedy it ASAP !!
I run 25 units. Sometimes I can not book the unit that guests request. I always email them and let them know that we are offering them a different unit and I send them links to Air B and B videos and I send them links to Air B listings.
