The apartment was clean and bright, with a nice view onto Green Lake. It was fully stocked with everything we needed for home cooking. The local supermarket (PCC) stocks everything you would need and the apartment is within walking distance of many good restaurants and bars. We were a group of two adults and two young children, and we felt we had a reasonable amount of space. Jay was very quick to respond to any queries but we did not need to meet face to face as we had no real problems. I would recommend the apartment to anyone, but in particular to anyone interested in staying in the Green Lake area.
The apartment is neat and tidy. It's centrally located in the Green Lake district with a view of the lake and is within one block of a good organic foods market. The apartment has a good set of kitchen and eating utensils, etc. Jay is extremely helpful, and communication with him was excellent. I'd definitely stay there again! A+

I booked this stay for friends of mine (a couple with 2 kids) who were coming to my wedding from Germany. Jay was very easy to work with and my friends were very happy with the accommodations.
Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the house. It was well furnished and provided us a very comfortable living conditions for 5 days and nights.
We had a great experience at the house in wedge wood. It was the perfect place for our family gathering in Seattle. Spacious, well maintained and comfortable. Would recommend to friends and thinking we might rent there again next year..
Our lower rating reflects the slow response to our inquiry from Jay Whitebread (he is the listing agent not the owner) Also the listing lacked accurate description of the amenities. For instance it was nice to have a washer and dryer but it would have been nice to know this when we packed. This was listed as a vacation suite, which it really is not. Their was lots of dishes and wine glasses but no drinking glasses or cups for coffee. The apartment was fairly clean although a bit shabby ,it just needed a little TLC. It is in a quiet suburban neighborhood, their was lots of room and enough parking. It was very close to the ferry terminal. The Red Cup cafe was a fun place for breakfast. We could have done without cable TV but it would have been nice to have WIFI. All in all the place worked for us as we were in Everett for family business not a vacation.
