We realize that the water outage was a regional problem; when we called, we only wanted to find out what was happening. Because we could not understand the person on the phone, we messaged you to get a clearer written response; it was not because we were trying to be impatient. We also got absolutely no notice of us being too loud; if we would have been notified, we would have quieted down. As for being messy, as we were paying customers of the room, and were told that cleaning was included in the price, we did not clean up after ourselves. The house rules given out beforehand did not specify that we were supposed to keep the room completely clean before having the cleaning service done.
