My name is Ryan, and I am 30 years old. At the present time, I am working in the insurance industry. Last year, while doing claims adjusting work in the Northeast after Hurricane Sandy went through that area, I found myself having to pay exorbitant prices for not-so-great hotel rooms because some people decided to take advantage of a horrendous situation and engage in price gouging. The only good thing to come out of the "hotel ordeal" was that because of this experience I happened to learn about "Airbnb." A friend, learning of my plight of trying to find reasonably priced hotel rooms, recommended I check out the Airbnb website. I had never heard of Airbnb before, but I was willing to give it a try. I had one positive experience after another. From that point on, I knew I would never again need to pay for a hotel room, when I could get an entire apartment for the same price! I decided then that I wanted to become an airbnb host, so that I could provide a place for others, who would benefit from having a whole apartment for their time away from home. I have enjoyed my role of being an airbnb host so much, that I now have 3 units to offer potential guests who would like to visit Fort Lauderdale, and particularly would like to stay in the beach area of the city. All of the apartments are just minutes from anything you could want to do, or you would need to buy. If you are my guest, I will only be blocks away from you; so, if you should need me for anything, I am available 24/7 by text, email, or phone, to assist.
