Kyunghwa and her husband stayed with us for a few days in March. As guests they were fine, silent and clean. However, their communication was not perfect at all, and for this reason I'd rather not recommend hosting them.
They accidentally took two valid prepaid transport cards with them (which were valid for two more months). We have been lending those cards to our guests, and now, one month after their stay, we still have not got them back despite the fact that they promised to post it. Moreover, Kyunghwa has stopped responding to my messages as well, disappearing completely. The email address they indicated on airbnb does not exist.
I am deeply disappointed about this issue, given that they were nice guests apart from this problem. But even if we will get the cards back, it has been taking way too much time for it to be acceptable.
Kim has been a very respectful and clean person. Glad to have guests like Kim
Recommended to all hosts.
Kim was a very nice guest.
I had no problems at all and she took care about my apartment.
The communication was also perfect.
I would recommend her to all hosts -- she is always welcome to come back and be my guest.
Very easygoing guest who liked her privacy and was often away seeing some of Europe. She was so quiet when home as to almost be invisible so in a way, a perfect guest as we hardly knew she was here!
Very nice guests to deal with, and they treated the apartment like their home. Thank you!
Kim was a great host: respectful, toughtful and communicative, she took care of our place as its whas hers.
I therefore highly and warmly recommend her as a guest ! Thanks a lot to you, Kim and I hope to see you back soon !
