I don't normally respond to reviews but in this case I must note that this guest has told a few untruths and misrepresented the apartment. My agent tells me that in over fifteen years they were the most difficult guests that he has ever dealt with. He was inside the apartment when they arrived as arranged and so their comment about an arrival problem is an untruth. It should be noted that they didn't leave the apartment at the time they had agreed to and refused to admit the cleaner. During their stay they managed to break the toilet flush through sheer ineptitude and reported a problem with the shower when there was none. I regularly inspect the apartment for cleanliness and so I can only put their other comments down to spite and malice. Apparently they were complaining even before entering the apartment because of the flight of stairs to this third floor location. Their one valid comment was a low water pressure from the kitchen hot water tap which is in the process of being repaired. I would strongly discourage other owners from allowing these guests to stay in their apartment.
