The host was no where to be found at our arrival or departure. We were told by Patrice that a man would be there to help us with our luggage. It is in the old part of town, down an alley and we were able to find it only with the help of a small neighborhood boy. The Riad itself is quite nice, as seen in the photos. The lady that was there was wonderful, but it was a little difficult to communicate with. Please be advised that in spite of the claim, no one there, including Patrice, speaks English. We were greeted with some lovely sweet mint tea and the breakfasts were great. The night before we left two of my daughters were not feeling well, so we opted to eat in. The dinners are great, but be prepared for more food than you can eat. The big problem came when we went to check out in the morning with our credit card. We had paid for everything but the dinner and were leaving Morocco so we had only enough cash for the cab. The credit card machine suddenly didn't work, Patrice, as usual, was no where to be found. This forced my husband to take a cab for more cash, which made us late for the train, which made us late for the ferry. Because of this we didn't reach our destination in Spain until 2AM versus the 10PM we had planned.
