I was definitely aware of the dog fee but was unaware there was a separate payment process. I was under the impression it would be added to our CC when we were charged. If there's an email message about the payment process that I overlooked, I apologize. If you could kindly share how you would like to be compensated (i.e. could we mail you a check?), we'll take care of it immediately.
Also, we only realized now about the bag! Didn't mean for you to have to take care of that. It's not ideal to have to clean up after us, especially since you were recovering from your bruised rib(s). I do hope you are on the mend.
