I'm a volunteer coordinator from Austin, TX and I travel just as much as possible. I also write, read, and (try) to improve my Spanish. I spent 3 months in Nicaragua last year and am hoping to go to Chile next year.

Stephanie was very easy to communicate with. Her place was nice and easy to find, and was perfect for what we needed. She also went above and beyond to refund us for a day if we were not going to make it due to the first day of an event being canceled. That is something she did not have to do. I would recommend staying here to anyone.
Location was great for SXSW (~$6 Uber rides to 6th street) and had everything we needed. Was walking distance to some good spots for quick bites, coffee, and restocking.
The apartment was in a nice location, walkable to some great bars/restaurants. The unit itself wasn't the best (door locks act up, strong spice scent, shower doesn't get very hot, no central heat as mentioned in the post, etc.). But Stephanie was nice and quick to respond, and it was way cheaper than the absurdly expensive hotels on a home game/music festival weekend.
The location was convenient to a bus stop that was on several routes for easy travel to downtown. While small it is enough to be comfortable, Stephanie was very responsive and eager to help.
very very nice young lady Stephanie is…very clean and quiet…she is welcome in my home anytime
