Amy was GREAT! The house was cozy and clean, the beds were comfortable and it's in a great location. We'll stay here again if we return to Ann Arbor.
The house was a great value for the space and the location, and the description was accurate. No complaints!
This was one of our best experiences! The home is lovely and near a great nature preserve. Close to great restaurants and not too far from downtown. Our family spent a great time here listen to the birds, watching squirrels and enjoying the simple pleasures of life. Would highly recommend!
The place was as described in the web page. good neighbourhood. close to Ann Arbor main street. Amy was good and responsive. house was furnished eclectically.
Amy's house was everything we expected & more! She was an incredibly welcoming host, providing abundant information about the house as well as info. about the neighborhood & places to visit while in town.
This is a charming, cozy house with lots of welcoming personal touches & a beautiful, private yard! It is centrally located with easy access to downtown Ann Arbor & the U of M campus. Our dog enjoyed the spacious yard & it was so nice to be able to bring her along for our trip.
I would definitely recommend this house for anyone looking in or around the Ann Arbor area, & we hope to visit again in the future!
Amy was great! She provided detailed instructions about the house and checked in with me right away on my arrival. She promptly answered my questions. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood, with a beautiful and large yard. The house is comfortable and everything I used--shower, washing machine, dehumidifier, lamps, television--worked well. The trees around the house are lovely and kept the house cool during the humid time that I visited. I had a workshop on campus and I walked there and back each day, so the location was perfect for me. The office is at the front of the house and looks out onto a bird feeder, so I enjoyed sitting there and having the out of doors so visible. I appreciated the options to recycle and compost as well.
We stayed here for 2 nights to attend the Winter Classic hockey game on Jan. 1. Very reasonable price and great family alternative to a hotel. Master bedroom for parents had ensuite bathroom, teen son slept on comfy living room sofa and his teen cousin took the second bedroom, so everyone had their privacy and space. Small TV disappointed the boys but no big deal. Good, free WiFi.
Best is location - short drive to downtown and parking lots for The Big House. Amy was very available by email and left detailed instructions for everything.
Amy's house is very much Ann Arbor. Full of character and warmth. The neighborhood is great for dog walking. The neighbors very quiet. The house is small but adequate. Amy was very responsive and accommodating.
The house was just as described. Very warm, cozy, and welcoming. We'd stay again.
We really enjoyed our stay at Amy’s home and look forward to staying there on our future visits to Ann Arbor! The location, neighborhood, and overall value of getting an entire, beautiful, dog friendly house, with a yard, is incredible. Although we did not meet Amy, she made sure we had everything we needed and our arrival and departure went very smoothly. The photos accurately represent the house, but it felt a lot more spacious in person! Her home really felt like home for us and I would definitely recommend staying here if you have the chance!
Amy is a great guest and an all-round great woman. She is friendly, funny and is a pleasure to host. She and her friends left the apartment in the condition they found it in. I would definitely recommend Amy. Thank you for staying and i hope to see you again!
Amy and Bill were wonderful guests. They were extremely busy so we only saw them a couple times but they were very friendly (and seemed quite worldly) during our interactions. They were impeccably clean and completely quiet. We recommend them highly as guests.
