I also hope you find tenants more to your expectations and suggest you be a bit more specific about your expectations. I frankly feel very badly that we were not able to speak in person to resolve any problems. I did my best to scrub the flat clean. As a host I respect others property as they do mine. Luckily I found another place in Munich and it all worked out. Now let us let this spat go and get on with living in peace and harmony.
Wow strange "review" as I have 100% positive to date as guest and host. The "host" did not provide recycle bins so to do the right thing I left recyclables next to cans. I instruct my guests to leave towels on floor after use so I know they were used. I could not find a clean towel but was too polite to complain and I was in a hurry to get out for an appt. I am 90% deaf so if my tv was too loud someone could have knocked and of course I would have turned it down! I hope Kevin and Heather learn that being hosts mean being hosts, not a pseudo police force presence. Or passive aggressive "hosts". But as I tell the kids- when you have a problem, tell the person- don't whinge on a web site.......sad people you are...hope you learn to speak up in person, you will be happier folks.
