Virginie's apartment is really nice and fully equipped. The sofa bed is big and comfortable for 2 people, the kitchen and bathroom work great, and you have everything you might need (including hair dryer, TV with DVD, kitchen utensils, etc). During our stay the only downside was that the elevator was broken so we had to climb 6 flights of stairs (Virginie warned us about this before we made the reservation, but we hoped it would be fixed by the time we got there)
We didnt meet Virginie but she was very nice and available via email, so we followed her instructions to get in and out of the apartment and no problems at all.
The neighbourhood is OK although not very centric, but there's a metro station 3 blocks away that can get you anywhere in Paris in litte time, a supermarket and other shops nearby. The only thing is that not being so touristic, not many people around speak English or another language apart from French. Anyway the experience was great. I would surely stay there again if I return to Paris!
Hello, I went with my boyfriend to Paris and stayed in this apartment for two nights, Virginie Peyral our hostess, we received very well, had all the department in perfect condition, very clean and in order, she explained us and recommended places to that we could go to visit in Paris, was very kind to us.
The department was in very good condition, very complete, the couch in the photos is not as good as it really is to the truth, we had exceeded expectations, its location is not in the immediate center, but is 2 blocks from a station of the underground and run faster, only bad thing was that the elevator was not good, but that's not the fault of Virgine.
The studio is nice and clean. Very good deal. Many thanks Virginie !
Appartement très sympa, super bien placé.
Le quartier est agréable et très vivant.
Et Virginie est une hôte extra !
Everything went well. Martine was on time to meet us to pass us the keys, however she could only speak French so conversing with her was a little difficult. Room appeared a little smaller than expected but it was cozy for two people. Bathroom slightly small and squeezy. Other than that, location was good, towels were provided, even cooking condiments too! There's a nice supermarket, macdonalds, domino's pizza and bakery nearby.
Very good studio for 2 people. Clean, tidy, perfect location (the real Paris, next to Edith Piaf was born...). Virginie was very helpful and available when we needed her during our stay. I would definitively come back for my next stay.
Everything went fine.
Studio is quiet, we have not heard a noise. A little advice, to take a brunch, there is in the corner a very good restaurant. It's funny and friendly.
