I stayed here for a week during the Cannes Lions. Both Claude & Jo are such wonderful hosts and they are the sweetest French couple ever! The room is tiny but more than suffice, if you're here alone. The distance is a mere 15 mins walk to the main Palais, where all the action is. I enjoyed the morning walk to the Palais everyday.
That said, walking back after all the seminars and parties can be a little tiring sometimes.
However the hospitality from Claude and Jo is exceptional. They make breakfast for me everyday, with croissant and melon and orange juice and coffee. I get up an hour earlier each day just so to enjoy their kind (website hidden) even folded my clothes for me when I left them out to dry. All in all, a lovely little apartment, that is value for money for the location and the excellent reception.
Note: they don't speak a word of English but with the help of Google Translate, all language barriers are dissolved. I would return to stay with them if I ever come back for Cannes lions one day.
It is a small but cozy one bedroom apartment. Very clean, well decorated, in silent area. The hosts cannot speak English at all but we could commucate through google tranclator. They are very sweet and kind. The room is a bit tiny but has one double bed, closet, window, mirror and TV. Claude and her husband stay in the living room. So it is good for single traveler. Breakfast includes breads, jams, butter, orange juice and instant coffee. Simple but enough. I had stayed there during the film festival. It took 12 mimutes to Palais and beach. It was the best location for that price. I enjoyed the stay. Thanks to Claude.
